I want to be able to add the text in admin style properties basic options so its not the same text on each style need the option of adding text or logo in the admin section like my example below. I have made this in the development mode and added the properties but its not working only showing the logo and no text when I click the text radio button. I see your styles have that option. is there any template edits that need to be done hoping you can help me with this please.

Yes you have to edit the page template and add css to extra less.
ok I have no idea what to add or where to add it in page template and extra less I have tried with no success.
I can give you Admin on my test site if you want and maybe do the edits for me I can get text then no image or image and no text apparently I am not editing the templates right or in the right place.

Take a look in one of the styles I have to download. Search the templates for textLogo. You'll see where to place it. It has to be put in multiple spots.
You also need to add the style options for the logo. Look in basic options at the bottom you'll see how to add an option to style the logo text.
In the screenshot it looks like you didn't set the text size. You might have an error in the css. That will cause that to happen.
